Life has stopped
I put it on the shelf
When I reminisce
Secluded –
Sheltered alone
My all comforting home
Cut off from civilisation
Discarded my past life
Never completely at peace
Someone tell me – how to go
To find out – what I truly need to know
To live oblivious
To this poisoned world
To close my eyes
To these horrors I see
That so obviously
Do live and breathe
